Born and raised in Essex County, Chelsea is a 15-year veteran of the County Clerk’s Office. Chelsea currently serves as the acting County Clerk and oversees all aspects of the Clerk’s Office. Chelsea lives in Lewis, with her husband & two children.
Chelsea is committed to continuing the tradition of excellent customer service and public access that the office is known for. Chelsea will ensure the needs of all people of Essex County are met in an efficient and professional manner.
